Get Old Google Image Search Back in Firefox Permanently without Add-On

I’ve shared 3 ways of how to get old google image search back in Firefox and Chrome so far. Two tips require the use of Greasemonkey scripts while the another one is a manual url tweak. The drawback of the two scripts (one of them doesn’t work anymore) is that they load the new google search interface first before automatically replacing it with the old one. Portable Firefox 4 Download

Firefox 4 final version hasn’t come yet, but it will be released soon. There is only Firefox beta version right now. Judging from the many news about the browser’s development, one can expect that Firefox 4 final version will come with many new features is already here. Revert to Old Google Image Search in Firefox & Google Chrome

I’ve posted about how to revert back to old google image search in Firefox and Google Chrome before, but unfortunately the Greasemonkey script doesn’t seem to work anymore. The manual method still works but manually changing the link everytime you start an image search is definitely not comfortable.
